Rod Sherwood, President and Chief Financial Officer, Westwood One
Rod Sherwood is President and Chief Financial Officer of Westwood One, Metro Traffic’s parent company. Prior to joining Westwood One, Mr. Sherwood served as Chief Financial Officer, Operations, of The Gores Group, LLC, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles. At The Gores Group, he was responsible for leading the financial oversight of all Gores portfolio companies. Mr. Sherwood has substantial operational and financial experience which includes positions at Gateway (CFO), Opsware (CFO and head of internal operations), Chrysler Corporation and Hughes Electronics Corporation, where he was President and General Manager of Spaceway (broadband services) and EVP of DirecTV International.

Steven Kalin, President, Metro Traffic
Steven Kalin has 20 years of media experience encompassing both traditional and digital platforms and strategic, business development and operational roles. Before joining Metro Traffic, he served as Chief Operating Officer and a Board member of Rodale, Inc. Earlier in his career, Kalin served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Medscape, a leading online website for physicians and was a consultant at McKinsey & Co. in the media practice. Mr. Kalin holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jonathan Marshall, President and General Manager, Metro Television
An entertainment attorney, Jonathan Marshall operated his own law firm where he represented a broad range of clients including, film; internet and music companies along with independent financiers; bond companies and producers. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for RKO Pictures as well as for Shooting Gallery. Mr. Marshall’s father, John Marshall, was a pioneer in radio traffic networks.

Fred Bennett, Executive Vice President, Affiliate Sales & Business Operations
Fred Bennett joined Metro Networks/Shadow Traffic in 1986 as a Field Reporter and went on to manage affiliate sales for the Network division of the Company. He later served as GSM at WABC-AM and ran five stations for Pamal Broadcasting in Westchester County. In 2006, he rejoined the company to oversee Metro Networks Mid-Atlantic sales region.

John Frawley, Executive Vice President, Broadcast Operations
John Frawley joined Metro Networks as director of operations for Boston in 1988 and was named head of broadcast operations in 2005. Prior to joining Metro, he served as programming director of WBZ Boston, director of operations for WHDH-AM/WBOS-FM in Boston, and in a variety of roles throughout New England.

Michael Reznick, Senior Vice President, Radio Advertising Sales
Michael Reznick built his career in the radio business. He has held a variety of positions at Metro, including Senior Vice-President of Sales and Regional Vice President for the West Coast. In addition, he served as the Executive Vice-President of In Focus Advertising.

Richard Kosinski, Senior Vice President, Digital
Prior to joining Westwood One, Richard Kosinski worked for Yahoo! as the Vice President of political advertising and category development officer for business and finance. In addition, he has served in a variety of roles at Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal, working on properties including WSJ.com, SmartMoney, and The Asian Wall Street Journal.
