METRO TRAFFIC ANNOUNCES NEW AGREEMENT WITH EMMIS STATIONS IN INDIANAPOLIS


New York, NY – March 15, 2011 - Metro Traffic, a Westwood One (NASDQ: WWON) company, has announced a new multi-year agreement with Emmis Communications to provide traffic and information services to four stations in Indianapolis. Metro Traffic is now the exclusive provider of state-of-the-art traffic surveillance tools, on-air talent, and traffic content to Emmis’ WFNI-AM, WIBC-FM, WLHK-FM and WYXB-FM.  The agreement also includes the integration of Sigalert, Metro Traffic’s cutting-edge online traffic service, to enhance the user experience of each station’s online traffic offering.

METRO TRAFFIC AND RADIO ONE, INC. SIGN MULTI-YEAR RENEWAL AGREEMENT


New York, NY – March 14, 2011 – Metro Traffic, a Westwood One company, has announced a multi-year agreement with Radio One, Inc. to be the exclusive traffic content partner for  the company’s 52 radio stations. In addition to traffic services, Metro will also provide news and weather information to Radio One stations in 16 markets.

New York, NY – June 9, 2010 – Metro Traffic, a leading provider of traffic information, and Dunkin’ Donuts have partnered to help travelers in 25 cities avoid sitting in traffic when they hit the roads this summer.  Launched today, RushHourRunsOnDunkin.com will give visitors free access to live traffic camera views, mobile and email traffic updates, and driving directions via interactive traffic maps featuring real-time traffic conditions and Dunkin’ Donuts locations. Visitors to the site may also enter for a chance to beat their city’s traffic altogether with a ride in a helicopter over their city. Dunkin’ Donuts is also sponsoring additional radio and mobile traffic reports in the participating cities.

METRO TRAFFIC NAMES NEW SALES DIRECTORS


New York, NY – June 2, 2010 – Metro Traffic, a Westwood One, Inc. division and a leading supplier of traffic information to the radio, television, mobile and navigation markets, announced today the appointment of two new Ad Sales Directors. Effective immediately, John Curry has been named Director of Sales, Southwest Region. Based in Denver, Curry will oversee sales operations for the Phoenix, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City and Denver markets. Also effective immediately, Brendan Walsh has been promoted to Director of Sales, Midwest Region. Walsh will be based in St. Louis and will oversee sales operations for the Kansas and Missouri markets. Both Curry and Walsh will report directly to Metro Traffic Regional VP Sales-Central Region, David McIlwaine.

METRO TRAFFIC NAMES SAL MARTIRANO NY GENERAL SALES MANAGER


New York, NY – May 20, 2010 – Metro Traffic, a Westwood One, Inc. division and a leading supplier of traffic information to the radio, television, mobile, navigation and automotive markets, announced today that Sal Martirano has been named New York General Sales Manager. Effective immediately, Martirano will be responsible for overseeing all New York Metro Traffic sales efforts. He will report to Metro Traffic New York Regional V.P., Michael Juliano.

METRO TRAFFIC NAMES REZA HARIRI DIRECTOR OF SALES, NORTHERN CALIFORNIA


New York, NY –May 4, 2010 – Metro Traffic, a Westwood One (NASDAQ: WWON) company, announced today that Reza Hariri has been named Director of Sales, Northern California, responsible for Metro Traffic ad sales for the Northern California markets.  Effective May 17th, Hariri will report to Kimberly Bryant, Regional Vice-President, Western Regional Network Radio and Metro Traffic Ad Sales for Westwood One.
